If you are one of those people who love a good view, don’t miss a meal at the ‘A Minute by TuK Tuk’. Located at the Galle Dutch Hospital, A Minute by Tuk Tuk affords a view of waves gently crashing on rocks. During the day, the view which can even compete with one that is advertised by any of the famous villas in Sri Lanka extends to include a slice of the jungle beach. The restaurant serves an excellent prawn curry and chicken satay. Their food is mostly Asian fusion.

The Tuna and the Crab

The Tuna and the Carb serves Japanese food with a twist. The twist is that the chefs combine traditional Japanese cooking methods with more modern tricks and the results are pretty delicious.
